Version No. 1 dated 23.10.2026. Effective date: 23.10.2026. Identifier: 2026-10-23-himik-1.
Terms used in this document: INN — Taxpayer Identification Number; OGRNIP — Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur.
1. Subject of the Consent and Information about the Advertising Distributor
1.1. As a recipient of messages, I freely and voluntarily grant Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 772872317733, Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP) 322774600176722 (hereinafter the Advertising Distributor), prior consent to distribute advertising to me by email in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 “On Advertising”.
1.2. The Advertising Distributor's mailing address: P.O. Box 15, Moscow, 117647. Email address for inquiries and opting out of advertising: zapros@himik.moscow. The Advertising Distributor's website: https://himik.moscow/ (hereinafter the Website).
1.3. This consent covers advertising messages about the Advertising Distributor's services, special offers and the terms for purchasing its services.
1.4. Messages may be sent exclusively to the email address I provide in a separate subscription form on the Website. The use of other addresses or communication channels on the basis of this consent is not permitted.
1.5. This consent does not cover advertising telephone calls, SMS messages, messages in messaging apps or advertising of third parties' independent services.
2. Procedure for Giving Consent
2.1. Consent is expressed by independently ticking a separate subscription field that is not preselected and contains a link to this document, and submitting the form. Subscription additionally requires separate consent to data processing for advertising mailings; neither consent replaces the other. In the static preview version, the form only prepares an email: you must send it yourself to transmit the request.
2.2. The consent checkbox is not selected in advance. An opportunity to read this document is provided before taking the actions specified in Clause 2.1.
2.3. On the working website, a subscription is registered after the server checks both consents and the form data. In the static version, consent is sent with the email you send yourself; preparing, copying or downloading a draft does not register a subscription. I provide an email address for which I am entitled to give this consent.
2.4. To confirm consent, the email, subscription identifier and status, server date and time, and information about independent ticks and document versions are recorded. Submission technical information—direct connection IP address, User-Agent, language and timings—is retained separately for no more than 30 days; minimal consent and withdrawal information is used on a separate basis to maintain subscription records and honour withdrawal, without resuming advertising.
3. Term and Procedure for Withdrawal
3.1. Consent is valid for three years from the date it is given, unless I withdraw it earlier or the Advertising Distributor terminates the subscription. This period may be extended only on the basis of newly granted consent. The mere receipt or viewing of an advertising message does not extend the term of the consent.
3.2. I may withdraw this consent at any time by:
- a) using the “Unsubscribe” link in an advertising message;
- b) sending a request to zapros@himik.moscow;
- c) sending a request to the Advertising Distributor's mailing address.
- d) submitting the unsubscribe form on the Website, specifying the email address.
3.3. To identify the subscription, it is recommended that the email address receiving advertising messages be specified. Using the “Unsubscribe” link or the unsubscribe form does not require an additional application or email confirmation.
3.4. Upon receipt of a request, the Advertising Distributor must immediately cease distributing advertising to me, including removing the relevant address from subsequent mailings and from mailings of previously prepared advertising messages.
3.5. Advertising ceases to be sent when the consent expires. Mailings may resume only after new prior consent has been obtained.
4. Voluntary Nature and Scope of Consent
4.1. Granting this consent is not a condition for consideration of an inquiry, receipt of a reply, conclusion of a contract or provision of services. Refusing to grant consent and subsequently withdrawing it do not restrict the ability to use the Website or submit inquiries.
4.2. Withdrawal of consent does not prevent necessary messages relating to consideration of an inquiry or performance of a contract from being sent where the appropriate legal basis exists. Such messages must not contain advertising content.
4.3. This document is a separate consent to receive advertising. Consent to the processing of personal data for advertising mailings is granted separately. Advertising messages may be sent where both consents have been given in a separate subscription form.
4.4. Amendments to this document do not expand the scope of previously granted consent. A change in the communication channel or an expansion of the subject matter of advertising requires new consent of the corresponding scope.
