Current status: Yandex Metrica is configured on himik.moscow. The counter library loads and analytics requests are sent only after the visitor gives separate, valid consent. Analytics are disabled before consent and after rejection. Webvisor and click maps are disabled.
Version No. 2 dated 23.10.2026. Identifier: 2026-10-23-himik-analytics-2.
As a visitor to https://himik.moscow/, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, TIN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722 (the Operator), separate consent to process website visit data using Yandex Metrica on the following terms.
1. Purpose and service
1.1. The purpose is to assess visits, referral sources, page use and website usability. Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC, is used with a separate counter for the website. Processing under this consent does not include the content of examination tasks or determine expert findings.
1.2. The counter library loads only after separate permission from the visitor, and only on himik.moscow and www.himik.moscow. The counter does not start on /legal/ or /rassylka/otpiska/. Analytics are disabled on technical preview addresses.
2. Data and settings
2.1. The service may process the IP address, request date and time, browser, operating system and screen information, browser and visit identifiers, and information about the viewed page and referral source. Cookies and local storage may be used to count visits. On the appropriate basis, the Operator collects, records, stores and uses data for analysis, provides them to the service where necessary, restricts processing and deletes them.
2.2. Addresses expressly sent by the application as a page view or referral source retain the protocol, domain and path; query parameters and address fragments are excluded. The application does not send page titles to the counter. Webvisor, click maps, outbound-link and address-fragment tracking, and Yandex Tag Manager are disabled.
2.3. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, form text, documents, attachment information, selected questions and search strings are not sent as analytics parameters. Analytics consent does not permit transmission of this information to advertising systems. Enquiries and mailings are governed by their own separate documents.
3. How to give consent or decline
3.1. Permission is expressed by separately clicking 'Allow analytics' in the settings panel. The Metrica library does not load beforehand. 'Do not allow' saves rejection. Closing the panel, continuing to browse or submitting a form does not constitute permission.
3.2. Declining does not prevent page viewing, question selection, sending an enquiry or unsubscribing. Consent is not a condition of expert services.
4. Saving the choice and its validity
4.1. The choice to allow or decline analytics is saved for 180 days from the date expressed. The browser uses the localStorage entry himik-analytics-choice-v1 containing the choice, document version and expiry. On the working website, the choice is additionally confirmed by the server and a signed himik_analytics_choice cookie for the same period, with HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure under HTTPS. These necessary mechanisms apply the expressed choice rather than form content.
4.2. While valid, the choice applies on subsequent visits; refreshing the page does not extend its duration. Once permission expires, or the version changes in a way requiring new consent, analytics do not start without new separate permission. If the saved choice cannot be verified, analytics remain disabled.
4.3. The minimal server record confirming the choice includes an identifier, permission or rejection, date and time, and the document version and address. It is retained for no more than three years after registration of the choice on a separate basis to confirm the lawfulness of interaction. It excludes the IP address, User-Agent, contact information and enquiry text. Retaining evidence of the choice does not extend the 180-day analytics permission.
5. Withdrawal and deletion
5.1. You can change your decision or withdraw consent using 'Analytics settings' in the website footer. After rejection, new analytics requests stop. Cookies and local entries can be deleted in browser settings; deleting the choice record may cause the settings request to appear again.
5.2. Changing the button choice does not automatically delete information already sent to the service. The Operator considers requests to stop processing and delete data in light of relevant duties and independent retention grounds. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before it was received.
6. Service information and cookie lifetimes
6.1. Metrica's operation and its provider's data processing are described in the terms of use and Yandex Privacy Policy. The service's cookies and entries and their lifetimes are listed in the official documentation. They differ from the choice retention period on this website. A reference to service documents does not expand the data permitted by this consent.
