Version No. 1 dated 23.10.2026. Effective date: 23.10.2026. Identifier: 2026-10-23-himik-1.
As a personal data subject, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest grant Individual Entrepreneur Andrei Viktorovich Svirin, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 772872317733, Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP) 322774600176722 (hereinafter the Controller), specific, purpose-specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below. For the purposes of this consent, the Personal Data Law means Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
Controller’s postal address: P.O. Box 15, Moscow, 117647, Russian Federation.
Contact for personal data matters: zapros@himik.moscow.
Terms used in this document: INN — Taxpayer Identification Number; OGRNIP — Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur; OGRN — Primary State Registration Number; LLC — limited liability company; IP address — the network address of the connection to the server.
1. Purposes of Processing
1.1. Consent is granted for the purposes of receiving and considering the inquiry I submit through the website https://himik.moscow/ , clarifying the circumstances relating to it, preparing and sending a reply, and subsequent interaction concerning the inquiry by telephone, email and private messages in messaging apps and social networks using the contact details I have provided.
1.2. Within these purposes, the following are permitted: preliminary consideration of the research task; review of the description of the object of examination, photographs, documents and measurement results; discussion of the need for sampling, laboratory work, possible calculation of damage, the cost and timeframe of examination, preparation of questions or a review; and agreement on the submission of materials.
2. Categories of personal data
2.1. Consent covers exclusively the data I have provided that is necessary to consider the relevant inquiry:
- first name, or last name, first name and patronymic, to the extent I have provided them;
- telephone number and email address;
- the identifier or username in a messaging app or social network that I have provided for interaction concerning the inquiry;
- preferred method of contact;
- message text;
- information about the object, location and circumstances of the anticipated impact, sources of contamination, samples, measurement results and other materials I have provided, to the extent relevant to the inquiry;
- my personal data in attached photographs, documents and other files that is necessary to consider the inquiry;
- personal data I additionally provide during interaction concerning this inquiry, including information provided during telephone conversations, correspondence contents, documents and files, to the extent necessary for its consideration.
2.2. When an enquiry is submitted on the working website, the Operator receives the page address and form type, server date and time, an identifier and consent information, contact email or phone number and, if files are attached, the tick and materials terms version. The email also includes the direct connection IP address, User-Agent, Accept-Language, approximate page completion time reported by the browser and time since the protected token was issued according to the server clock. This information is used to consider the enquiry and check submission circumstances, rather than for advertising or behavioural analytics. In the static preview version, the browser only prepares an email or .eml: server information is not added, and I send the email independently.
2.3. A minimal server enquiry record without text, files, IP address or User-Agent is retained for no more than 90 days after registration. Technical information included in the email follows the enquiry consideration and correspondence retention period. General hosting-environment logs are processed on a separate operational and security basis; the enquiry-log retention period does not automatically apply to them.
3. Processing Methods and Persons Engaged in Processing
3.1. Within the purposes of this consent, the Controller may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, amend), retrieve, use, transfer (provide, grant access) to the persons specified in this consent to the extent necessary, block, delete and destroy personal data.
3.2. Processing is carried out with and without automated means.
3.3. On the working website, the server handler passes the enquiry and temporarily received files to zapros@himik.moscow through the server's email facilities. Temporary attachments are deleted after the sending attempt; no permanent public archive is created. Handover to the email system does not confirm inbox delivery. In the static version, the email and attachments are prepared locally in the browser and reach the Operator after I send them independently.
3.4. The sender's and Operator's email services process the message for delivery and storage. Information about any other persons subsequently engaged for a particular task is supplied when that interaction is agreed.
3.5. Personal data may be provided to these entities exclusively to the extent necessary to host, deliver and store the inquiry. The Controller considers the inquiry personally. Entrusting personal data processing to another entity is formalized in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.6. Attached materials are used for review, clarification of the circumstances of the inquiry, preliminary assessment and preparation of a reply. This consent does not authorize publication of the materials, their use for advertising or transmission to analytics services. Personal data in files and copies of the inquiry must be deleted at the end of the period specified in Section 4, in the absence of a separate lawful basis for further processing.
4. Term of Consent and Data Retention
4.1. Consent is valid for the period necessary to consider the inquiry, but for no more than 90 calendar days from the date of the last substantive message or telephone conversation concerning the relevant inquiry, unless consent is withdrawn earlier. If there is no subsequent interaction, the period runs from the date the inquiry is received. Sending automated messages and administrative notifications does not change the starting point for calculating that period.
4.2. If a contract is concluded, personal data processing necessary for its conclusion and performance is carried out on the corresponding separate lawful basis. Retention periods for contractual and mandatory accounting documents are determined on the basis of the purposes of processing and statutory requirements.
4.3. Minimal information necessary to confirm receipt of consent or protect rights and legitimate interests may be retained on a separate lawful basis with the contents and for the periods established by the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Procedure for Withdrawing Consent
5.1. I may withdraw consent by sending a notice to the email address zapros@himik.moscow or to the Controller's mailing address.
5.2. To identify the inquiry, it is recommended that the contact details used when submitting it, the approximate submission date, or the inquiry identifier, if available, be specified.
5.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal was received. After receiving the withdrawal, the Controller ceases processing on the basis of this consent and ensures destruction of personal data within the statutory periods, unless there is a separate lawful basis for its continued processing or retention.
6. Scope and Procedure for Giving Consent
6.1. This consent does not cover advertising mailings, advertising calls, dissemination of my personal data to an indefinite group of persons, or use of optional analytics tools.
6.2. This consent is granted in respect of my personal data. Processing of third parties' personal data contained in submitted materials is permitted exclusively where a separate legal basis exists. This consent does not replace written consent in cases where that form is mandatory by law.
6.3. Consent is expressed by independently ticking a separate field linking to this document and submitting the form. The working server checks the tick and version 2026-10-23-himik-1, records necessary information about the consent and passes the enquiry to the email system. In the static version, the button prepares an email: check and send it independently to transmit data. Preparing or downloading a draft alone does not deliver the enquiry to the Operator.
